Our Custom Design Process

Our custom design process begins with a one-on-one consultation where we listen to your ideas and offer expert guidance.

We start by creating complimentary sketches to bring your vision into focus. Once you’re happy with the concept, we develop a detailed CAD rendering so you can see exactly how your finished piece will look.

After the CAD is approved, we create a wax model that shows the precise size and proportions of your design—so you can hold it, try it on, and ensure it feels just right.

With your final approval, our master jewelers bring your piece to life in the metal of your choice, carefully set each stone, and finish it with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
